Diplomatic Honors

Diplomatic Honours is Ghana’s foremost awards and recognition platform dedicated to celebrating outstanding leadership and excellence in diplomacy, international relations, peacebuilding, governance, economic transformation and global cooperation.

Established by Diplomatic Affairs Media and Communications Limited, Diplomatic Honours was created to recognise and honour both state and non-state actors whose work advances international cooperation, development diplomacy, humanitarian leadership and global engagement.

The inaugural edition was held in September 2024 at the Accra International Conference Centre in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, attracting over 400 distinguished guests including diplomats, ministers, traditional rulers, business leaders and representatives of international organisations from across the world.

Diplomatic Honours is more than an awards ceremony. It is a high-level diplomatic platform that fosters strategic partnerships, promotes dialogue and advances cooperation between Ghana, Africa and the world.

The 2nd Edition is scheduled for Zurich, Switzerland in May 2027, under the distinguished patronage of His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene.
